When will my phone arrive?

We aim to ensure all purchases ordered before 2pm will arrive by free next day recorded or registered delivery, with the exception of weekends and bank holidays. Our order and delivery times are set out below.

What happens if I miss the delivery of my phone?

We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries. Any product with a value in excess of £25 has to be signed for so if you are not available to accept your delivery, a card will be left directing you to contact your local post office where your handset will be retained for 5 days.



Can I have my phone delivered to an address other than that of my home or place of work?

For security reasons Matalan mobile cannot deliver to any address other than your registered home address.

It is of the utmost importance that the information you provide online regarding any personal details are correct.

Matalan mobile cannot be held responsible for any items lost or stolen as a result of incorrect delivery details being submitted.
