Can I use my phone immediately?
When you receive your phone it will be automatically connected ready for to use straightaway.
Should experience any problems making any calls, please call 0845 313 3333 As a general rule you should charge your phone for 16 hours before you use it for the first time, however, after inserting the SIM and affixing the battery you may use it whilst in its first charge.
If however your phone is still not connected within 24 hours of delivery you must call us on 0845 313 3333
